We just started our vacation with our travel trailer when a tire blew just north of Indianapolis. Being Sunday, it was hard to find a place open that carried the required tires. However, this Tire Barn location had them in stock and was able to fit us into their schedule. Upon arriving, service was great and the front office staff even found a discount to help save us a little money. Would highly recommend for their customer service and fair prices.

I had to unexpectedly replace my two front tires after my tire pressure dropped on a Sunday, and I’m so glad I came to Tire Barn. Amanda was fantastic! She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service and a positive experience from start to finish. Matt was great took the time to explain all my option, and even gave me a suggestion on the best tire to choose. I felt like he and the team there were all great. I have to put on new tires on my other car later this year, and I will be going to see Matt Hoffman and the guys who were fast and efficient.

They may be fine with tires, but they don't know how to be respectful of a customer's time. I'm disappointed by the amount of my time this place wasted -- close to 3 hours in all, to get nothing done. I called in advance to make sure they could work on my vehicle (Rivian) and that their TPMS sensors would be compatible. I was told Tire Barn could work on my vehicle, but they wouldn't know if the TPMS sensors would work until they got the vehicle in and looked at it. So I arrived for my appointment, and then I was told the TPMS sensors would NOT work -- except they never even looked at my car. They looked at their computer, and then told me they wouldn't work. Which they could have done OVER THE PHONE. So that's one wasted trip. OK, so I left, ordered TPMS sensors myself, and scheduled a different appointment. The TPMS sensors were late arriving on the day they were delivered, so I was going to be 40 minutes late for my appointment. I called ahead (again), and made sure it was still OK if I came over that day, otherwise I would be fine to reschedule. I was assured it was fine if I came right over, they could get me in. So I drove over, and then I was told -- "Oh, we're really backe

I made an appointment with this shop on a Saturday and ended up missing it because I went to the wrong location. On Monday morning I called and explained the situation. They were able to fit me in which I was so grateful for. Not only that, they had the fastest turnaround time I’ve ever had at a tire shop, especially since I wasn’t even on the schedule originally. This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning!
